#Phony 2012

By now, I'm sure you've all heard about - or even become somehow involved in - the KONY 2012 campaign. I don't know about you, but after watching the first few minutes of the KONY 2012 viral video, I closed the browser tab and went on doing more important things, namely, watching this. Did everyone seriously watch the entire 30-minute video? What a mission! But seriously, if you want to know why I'm so skeptical, just watch the video below (the whole video).

Succinctly put, Charlie Brooker. Not only is Jason Russell (the KONY '12 director) a narcissistic, evangelist attention seeker, he is also guilty of the crimes about which he so passionately preaches. What crimes you ask? Well, building an army of brainwashed children of course! He's also guilty of being the lead in a terrible Britney Spears 'Invisible Baby One More Time' doppelganger video, involving cross-dressing and bad choreography - but we all go through puberty.
